This page explains what information Ljus & Liv collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.

Your details are used for exactly one thing: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.
We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.
No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.

What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
